Followed it into my neighborhood, it stoped. Guy driving it, was chatting on a cell phone. A gal, got out of the rear passenger door and started playing with the roof mounted mast.
I had to move because i was blocking traffic or i would have stopped to say, "hi".
As i was driving away, it looked nothing like a camera, but i was about a block away. Come to think about it, they only had 30 mins of daylight left...???
