How to display current street name larger?

When I'm driving with my TomTom ONE XL, it displays the current street in the blue bar in nice large letters. But when it's navigating a route, it instead displays the next street it wants me to turn into, forcing me to view the current street name with the tiny black text right above the blue status bar.

Is there any way to make this text larger? Or perhaps, is there any way to force the TomTom to display the current street in the blue bar at all times?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, there is no way to make the current street font larger. As you have already noticed, the only way to get the current street in the blue bar is to not set a route.
