HD Traffic Question

I currently have the Go Live 550 but as i have an iphone 5 i was going to buy the TomTom app as it would be much easier to carry around with me. My question is can i transfer my existing HD Live traffic subscription over to my handset, just i still have around 7 months on it.

your help would be appreciated.

You can't transfer a PND subscription to a smartphone.
