Just registered and looking for POIs for France but this forum seems to be north America biased so not sure if I'll have much luck.


Basically two families are holidaying in Burgundy and it would be useful to have POIs such as fuel stations, restaurants, tourist attractions etc.

Anyone?

POI's France

Go to points of interest on Tom Tom home and in the search criteria type in France and a whole bunch of French related items will populate.

Use http://geodeg.com
just choose France in countries list, and enter category or name or locations of POI
example:
gas stations( 1268 results) http://geodeg.com/search.php?q=gas+station&language=&country=71
restaurants (2572 results) http://geodeg.com/search.php?q=restaurant&language=&country=71

Also, you can specify Language of exported pois
