Failure to Update XXL [resolved]

I tried to update my TomTom with the most recent update to my XXL and come up with the following message: ERROR: 2147500037/#http://download.tomtom.com/880/high-level-u-no-asr Can you give me any advice on how to complete the download? Rehab26

Try this:
Close Home completely - Use Device Manager to stop everything running with TomTom in the name.

Go to C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\TomTom\HOME\Downloads\complete\program and delete everything in that folder (or preferably save it somewhere else).

Run Home again, then connect the TomTom to the PC and tell home to "Update my device" again.
