Factory reset tomtom 930

the restore to factory hard reset icon on my tomtom 930 not working. When I touch the icon it goes through the cycle but all it really does is restart the 930, it doesn't reset the device.

I need to do a full restore of this device it is not working properly as you can see, any help would be great.

Try the Clear Flash tool found here. Run it 3 times.

Also do a pin reset.
