Can I do these things with a 540?

I have a Go 540 Live and for me the two features that I can immediately think of are

1. Ability for unit unit to turn on (as well off off) when connected to ignition feed 12v.
2. Ability to change phone voice volume independently of route instruction voice.

1. There is no auto on functionality for any TomTom models.

2. I believe you start a call and a new volume slider appears for you to make adjustments.
