540 XXL slow, about 50 yards off also

Got a problem with my 540 XXL, there is a delay in where I actually am and what it shows on GPS. there is like a 2-4 second delay. I get to the road and it shows me a couple seconds later after I passed it. I've called support and all they can tell me is to uninstall maps,updates and fixes reinstall and this doesn't seem to help. It seems to get slower and slower everyday.
Anyone else experienced this problem and did you get any solutions?

Do you have several POI categories showing on screen? The more info that needs to be updated/redrawn, the slower the screen refreshes.
