I'm traveling to the US and therefore need to upload a World map on my Tom Tom GO device. I tried to purchase it three times, by paying with Paypal, then wiht my debit card, and finally with my credit card, but there was always a payment failure! I'm perfectly able to use all these payment methods for all the other purchases I have made these past few days, so the problem has to be with Tom Tom. However, the customer service hasn't gotten back to me on that one. I was only able to chat with an agent yesterday (after the first failure), and he told me to use another means of payment. But after the second failed attempt, the chat bot wouldn't let me through to an agent anymore. What can I do? I really need a solution quickly!
