330 XLs TTS

My GO 510 locks up now after newest update so I purchased the 330 XLs and it's not quite the same but it works.
It's supposed to be the text-to-speach model but it hasn't spoken a street name or anything yet, just standard instructions. The owners manual has no reference to TTS. . Is this a feature that needs to be turned on and how??
Does anyone know??

You MUST select a "Computer Voice" such Susan in order to get TTS.
It's under Voice Change menu.
