searched, but couldn't find. In which file do the icons hide?

Does anybody know in which file the icons are hiding
And how can I replace them?

Are you asking about POI icons supplied with your unit? If so, check the 'brand' folder inside your European map folder.

If that isn't it, please advise which icons you mean.

The standerd icons of the menu. Not the poi. Ps: like your avatar hahahaha

Menu icons? Can you be a little more specific? Do you mean the icons that represent the various 'buttons'?

The main menu items are not replaceable AFAIK. There used to be ways to rearrange some of them and third-party programmers could add new ones, but that was back in the good old days when there was a software development kit supplied by TomTom.

After they stopped providing that, it became almost impossible to unravel the subsequent software updates.

In short, the menu icons are hard-coded in the software and aren't in a separate file.
