XXL540-T Can it power on with car's ignition?

I just got my 540-t and would like to know if there is a way to make it power on with the car's ignition. It is plugged into a switched outlet and will turn itself off when I turn they key off, but I cannot find the option to make it turn itself on. I searched but could not find an answer to this question.

Has anyone tried to hack the firmware to make it turn on when power is detected? Or is this a limitation of the hardware?
