using go 720 maps with navigator 6

Is it possible to use the maps from the go720 with the navigator 6 program?

Navigator 6 software seems to be limited to map versions 675 and below. The version 7 maps require application version 7 or above, which is not available just yet. Tomtom support does not have an official time frame, but there are "rumors" that it may be released in February, though which platforms will be supported, or how the updates will be handled is unknown at this point.
