TomTom Start - Cannot navigate to Coordinates

Please can someone help me
I have a tom tom start and cant use gps coordinates on devise
Is there an upgrade software or something I must do to be able to punch in coordinates

The Start is a basic model with reduced functionality.

That said, see the info in this link for making a custom menu on your device. Returns some options to the device.
