Hi All,
Firstly I am a newbie here so I apologise if I have posted this in the wrong place!!!!
I have a tomtom go530, I put on some voices and it started crashing..."Luckily" I had backed it up using tomtom home, however I have just restored it and it now says " You cannot use this map on this device:
United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland-19"

This map I have put on through the tomtom home restore is the map that was pre-installed when bought......ideas please!!!! Thanx Mark

Try a reset on the unit and see if that helps.
