TomTom GO 50 charging

HI everyone, new to this forum. Could anyone please tell me whether or not there should be a light of some sort on a GO 50 to show that it is plugged in to charge. Got it charging in USB on PC and it is turned off but there is nothing to actually show that it is charging. On my old tom tom one there was a light to show it was charging. Thanks.

There is no light on the device. With the device on, in the menu, at the top right you should see a little battery symbol with the jagged charging symbol in it. but that's the only indication.

Hi, thanks for that. I have only just got this one so wasn't sure. The instructions that come with them do not tell you much. Thanks again.
