Thanks for your reply. I tried the steps exactly as you described but still no luck. I might add that I used to have a iPhone 3GS and the software worked fine for several months; then, out of now where, it stopped working in a similar fashion (i.e., click the icon, software starts to open, then back to the icon). I didn't try to resolve it because I knew I'd be switching to an iPhone 4 shortly and that surely would resolve things. Boy, was I wrong.
Very frustrating considering how much this app cost.
