Nice work. I found the correct LL for Austin:

Latitude: 30.444984 / Longitude: -97.786921

As far as the MP in Florida, I know the website says Palm Beach Gardens, but I think the correct address should be North Palm Beach. This will produce results. We could always wait until they open and ask them.
