renault carminat screen keeps changing colours

on my Renault Megane 2013 i have a carminat tomtom and the background colour keeps changing randomly though the car symbol colour stays the same
today Renault replaced the screen but still the problem remains and they are at a loss what to do next. disabling day/.night
setting ,auto zoom also has no effect
