Poor GPS reception after updating 330 XL !!!!

I usually update my device as recommended. This time I lost the signal with a "Poor GPS reception" message in the lower left corner. Sure I checked all related threads and TomTom web site. I reset it several times, I add the quickGPSfix, I check the device memory using windows, nothing solve the problem. Sure I checked it in an open space.
Could any body help.

What model do you have?

Did you clear all files in the ephem folder and then all the sub-folders found here?
C:\Documents and Settings\yourname\My Documents\TomTom\HOME\Downloads\complete\ephemeris\

(yes, I saw you said you got a new file but doing the above will cause a new file to be sent)
