Hello

I have a Tomtom One Canada310, and after one update from TomTomHome, it started to reboot by itself non-stop.

I have already formated it several times, and updated again with TomTomHome, but it does always the same.

It seems that the data is corrupted and can?t be read.

How to solve this??

Thanks

Welcome to TTF.

Your model really isn't a 'Canada 310' though it may show that on the label on the unit. I suspect you have a One XL model.

What was it that you updated, a map?

Do you have a backup of your unit's contents prior to the update, hopefully made using Explorer, not Home?

Anyway......try a reset on the unit (not sure if it has a dedicated reset hole, if not then hold the power button 10-15 seconds). See if that helps.

Hi

Thanks for the reply.

it's not a XL. It's this one:

No reset pin hole. When I press the power button it goes to a black screen where it shows the details of the gps hardware (memory, version, etc)

The update I think it was the navcore... TTH said it has updates, I clicked yes, and it stuck...
I don't have any previous copy... :(

Thanks
