I am planning a 4 week trip with a route for each day. Is there a way to combine all the routes into one map for an overview?

If I were doing this, I'd use a program like Garmin's BaseCamp to build the 4 routes separately as *.gpx files, then create a separate, combined file of the 4 to view them all on a map.

Not knowing how you will be creating your 4 routes, nor what tools you may have at hand, it's hard to say.
