Mazda Latest Map Guarantee

I have just taken delivery of a new Mazda 6 with TomTom, only had it two weeks and tried to update the Maps using the one time 60 day latest map guarantee - I followed all of the instructions, created a new account having first removed my old Tom Tom software from the computer, reloaded from the SD card which seems to have updated ok so far but the message I have received says that I cannot update using the Latest Map Guarantee as it is over 60 days - I've only had the car two weeks from new (it had 10 miles on the clock when it was delivered!!)

Anyone got any ideas please?
