LOST COMPUTER VOICE.

Hello, I have a carminate Tom Tom live, no problem for the last nine years but have lost my computer voice Serena. all human voices work ok. any ideas. thank you in advance for any advice.

Have found the problem, looking for solutions on line some persons stated they had problems with tomtom home.
I remembered the last time I installed the latest sat fix update I had a error message of some kind. So I loaded my SD card and restored my back up. and all is now well. voice restored no idea what went wrong with home but will make sure I back up every time in future and probably copy SD card in another folder just in case. Thank you to any one who looked for a solution to problem.
