instructions to download?

I've been given a tomtom one 3rd edition by a friend but have no instructions. Can I download these somewhere? Also where do I find the memory card as I can't see a slot where it would be. thanks so much for your help

But my understanding is a ONE (Third Edition) does NOT have a sd card slot.
