Hello, I purchased the above tomtom 6 inch arrived yesterday. Struggling a bit as I have paired the satnav with my Samsung s20fe. Logged into the mydrive app which shows my saved places on phone and satnav but phone and messages are greyed out and not working, also no contacts. The top image on mydrive app shows the devises and says dive out of range. When you pair them it says you should get a bar code to scan. I just get a number on phone and satnav and Bluetooth is showing connected on both. I plan a route on mydrive but it does not go to the satnav. Anyone know what else I can try. Thanks
