Go Premium X link to mydrive co

I have a problem connecting my Go Premium X to mydriveconnect. I keep getting an error message (see image). I've already tried reinstalling with mydriveconnect but to no avail. Because of all these attempts, I now also get an error message for wifi, is connected but gives an authentication problem. How can I solve this?
