Connecting TomTom Rider to Powerlet

Has anyone connected their TomTom Rider to a Powerlet socket? If so, what connection did you use to make the connection between the batter cable wires and the Powerlet socket itself?

Are you asking about what gauge wire you should use when adding a Powerlet to your bike?
You should be using wire that will handle the full rated amperage of the Powerlet such that anything legitimately connected to it wouldn't pull down more current than your wires could safely handle, but would also note that your Rider will never pull down more than 1.5A.
