address Tap faded during use

Hi,
I used tom tom one 3rd edition in pizza delivery, so i have to feed different addresses. I am facing an issue that address tap faded up and does not work and then I have to restart tom tom several times. Anybody have any clue about this issue.

I'm afraid I'm not sure what you mean when you say the "address tap faded up and does not work".

Can you explain what you are seeing in a different way, please?
