920 needs europe vr files

I have bought a us tomtom 920 app 8.010 map western and central europe v710.1576 and spoken address is greyed out

north america spoken address is fine but there are no speech files in the europe map directory

any idea where i could find the necessary speech files would be great

The following link is for the European 7.20 map but it may work for you.

thanks but have tried those files - the spoken address is then available but when i say a city the tomtom says invalid entry

Spoken address icons greyed out.

I have the same problem with the GO920 I purchased last week. The TomTom site was of no help I am hoping it is just something simple I have missed and not a faulty unit.
