Sometimes after inputting my address and hitting "done," my XXL550m defaults to an extremely zoomed out view, and the turn-by-turn voice does not work. Zooming in only lets you get so far, and you cannot see the street view. Basically, it makes it unusable.
The location/map is in the correct area so it seems to be receiving a signal, but for some reason, it automatically goes to that view and you can't seem to go back to the 3D driving view.
It will fix itself if you turn it off and turn it back on, but that's extremely inconvenient. I just want to know what causes the problem, and how it can be fixed.
