XXL 550 can't use address [Resolved]

I updated my XXL 550 and now can't put in any new addresses. When I hit address it locks up and then shuts down.
What do I need to do?:rant:

Try connecting to Home and run the emulator (Operate my XXL). Plan a trip. Once the route has been created, disconnect properly from Home using the Device Disconnect icon.

Restart the unit. Any better?

I just got done hooking up to my computer and disconnecting the proper way and all appears right now.
