As a frequent traveler between North America and Europe I know you got the right answer on the general issue of cigar lighter plug size, but if you ever need help with your device I suggest you discover its model number. The 310 on the label refers to an Industry Canada standard for a certain class of electronic equipment and it is not a TomTom model number.
