XL Routes Screen will not respond

My old TT XL IQ Routes will not respond to screen taps in the bottom right hand corner (where the done button is shown)

I have backed up and restored and done hard reset but problem persists.

It was random but now happens almost every time i use the device.

Any solutions ?
