XL IQ IQ Routes Edition not recognized by computer

    I've been having some issues with my unit lately ... and now my computer doesn't recognize my unit at all when I connect it to the usb port. My unit screen asking if I want to connect to the computer comes up & I say yes. The unit looks like it is connecting & looks normal, but the home program doesn't see any unit connected.

    Any ideas?

    Try a reset on the unit (for your model I think it means holding the power button for about 15 seconds).

    Also, see if anything here helps.
