wrong menu colors at TT One 3rd

Hi, my new TT shows the wrong colors within the menues;
I see an unsharp green background but I expect sharp white letters on a blue background;

any ideas what is going wrong ?

I?ve made a backup with the windows explorer of the original files and tried this older version too - the TT is running fine but with the wrong colors too
