Would Like to build my own POI file

Hi I have a TT one xl and would like to find a program that will let me build a POI database for it. On chip wagons of North America. LoL..

But really I want to do one and need to do it from outside the TT GPS than name it with an OV2 ext along with my own bitmap file and then just copy it to my USA-Canada maps..

Is there a program out there (that's very easy to use)?
