Won't start up unless SD card ejected and reinserted

Has anyone come across this problem before?

My TT1 v2 won't start up unless I eject and reinsert the SD card. I bought a 1gb SD card and transferred everything over and it works fine when it's on, just this annoying problem I can't figure out.

Any help much appreciated!

If you haven't already, try doing a soft reset. There will be a small hole on the bottom of the unit, near the SD card slot. Use a paper clip or something similar, and press it for about 15 seconds. Then see if it works. That seems to often do the trick for the "starting up" issue. Mine was doing the same thing; the reset solved the problem.

That worked, thanks very much! I saw the reset button there but I was hesitant to press it in case it erased everything, but all is good now
