why doesn't my ONE have POI like Walmart, Target, BestBuy, ect?

This question has probably been answered a million times...but why doesn't my ONE show the addresses for any department stores or other popular stores?

Do I have to add them manually or something? If so, how?

There are 2 options.

1. connect your unit to HOME and click on the online store and select POI. Scroll through the list and located the Retail Store POI. it is a free download for all TomTom units.

2. Download the custom POIs of each store located from the POI section on this forum.
