Which TomTom to buy

Hi, I 'm looking for a TomTom which may provides speed monitoring in its specification. For example if I'm in a 30mph speed area and I'm driving at 40mph, I would get an audible alert. My current car which I have now sold has this built in.

Any of the recent models will alert you at 3mph or 5kph overspeed when you select an audible warning for it. There is no adjustment for threshold, just the fixed value over the limit.

It will use whatever volume setting you have the unit adjusted to at the time. The alert volume is not individually adjustable.

Yes, if the charging cable is plugged in to a switched outlet (power OFF when the motor is not running).
Typically the cigarette lighter adapter that came with the TomTom.
