Where can I get Homers Simpson ICON?

I've seen a TT GO630 like mine that has Homer Simpson running down the road instead of the usual vehicles offered.
It is just him and NOT his voice giving directions. The voice is of one of the computer voices offered with the unit when you buy it.
Does anyone know where I can just get the part of him running down the road instead useing the usual vehicles.
I know this icon exists because I saw it. Any answer is appreciated. Thanks
