A very strange thing happened, purchased the HD Traffic that comes with a free update to W&C Eu v.7.15
Installed everything and the map works when the TT is connected to the pc, using the TT Home software, but:
When the TT is stand-alone or in the car:
I can select country
I can select city
but when trying to select Street the screen does not show the list of streets, it says: Wait a moment please...
TT tech support told me to:
0. delete the W&C Europe folder
1. remove folders from the TT drive
2. format the TT drive
3. replace the folders
4. download again the europe 7.15
Still does not work as stand-alone, same issue... it's been like this, calling them for the last 3 days
The other maps that i have in the TT are Guam and NA v 7.10
And the same thing happens at least with NA 7.10, cannot see the street listing anymore.
Everything worked fine when i first received it from the factory with v.7.10
Questions:
Q1. Do you know what may be happening?
Q2. A fix?
