Webfleet.connect Error 8014

Hello,

I am new here in the forum.
I am a software developer and try to use the Webfleet.Connect interface and want to set up jobs.

Sending the command "sendOrderExtern" I get error 8014 - external request not allowed

What is the reason ?
I have valid access data to a Webfleet account.
An API.Key I have synonymous.
The user is also enabled for Webfleet.connect via the extended rights management.

Nevertheless, the error message comes

What to do / How to proceed

If the OP has an API key, then he should also be a 'partner', and should have access to the 'partner portal' support login.
