Is there anyone who can help. I purchased a Via 135 that Tom Tom have accepted was faulty and requested I send back to them. I did and received a refurbished one as a replacement when my own was unused and only 2 months old. I have e.mailed and also written to HQ in Holland but the letters go unanswered and staff I speak to tell me that they have the option of replacing faulty goods with refurbished ones at their discretion. I have just used the refurb and that also is faulty. What ever happened to Sale of Goods Act and how do I get someone in authority to respond to me. Davidjay
