Voices all speak in english

Hi, I just found this forum whilst looking for a solution for my poblem and I was wondering if anybody would be able to help.

I have a tomtom Go730. On it I have English Voice and Italia voice. both of them worked fine. Recently, when I connected the tomtom to my pc it updated the software. Since then. The talian voice just reads the instructions in english but with a pretty bad italian accent.its impossible to understand what its saying. Basicaly it no longer speaks italian.

Has anyone had this issue? ay ideas on how to solve it? I have tried removing an reinstalling the voices, but the problem persists.

In order, try:
1. A pin reset
2. The Clear Flash tool found here
3. Restore to factory defaults.

See if any of them help.

Everybody on the internet uses as a computer voice DAVE. He is the best. No high schrilly female voice
