Voice recognition problem with 6200 pro

Hello, as the title suggests, whenever I try to enter an address by voice it tells me that it is not possible to recognize the command or it exits from the voice commands screen and returns to navigation.
I states that I have updated to the latest version and I have selected Italian Alice as the default voice to let it be able to recognize italian streets names.
Do you have any advice for me?

Saw this issue a very long time ago on my 620, but was remedied by later code updates.
When was the last update for your device, and what version does it say it is using now?
