VIA1625M Rotate Display

I upgraded from a VIA 1535 to a VIA1625M. But the mounting socket on the 1625 changed so now it does not connect to my dashboard mount unless it is upside down. Question: can the display be inverted so it will be usable ?

I think with that model you should be able to rotate the display 180 degrees. It may be stiff so a little squit of wd-40 on the knob going into the mount may help.

If my info is incorrect, others will likely correct me. Check back.

Look at the top or bottom of the strip on the back with the rotary socket. On one end there should be a gap. Pry off that strip and reverse it.
On my Start 63 housing, the way it it oriented I do not even snap it in tight so I do not have to remover the suction cup and it fits flat into my pocket.
