VIA 1605 Main menu does not pop out

Hello. This is a VIA 1065 Model, the big screen version.

I have just encountered the problem this morning that the main menu window did not pop out when I touched the screen.

Actually it was okay yesterday.

And is there any method to reset the device or do you think there is a configuration problem?

Hold the power button about 15 seconds till you hear the drum sounds. That reboots the unit.
