Via 160 bluetooth failure after SW update on Via 160

Just recently did an automatic SW update on my GPS and thereafter could not use my Samsung S1 on bluetooth handsfree anymore. This combination worked perfectly prior to the update. TomTom technical support advised that I run a specific routine to set up the bluetooth and check a multitude of points.. all was done, but still no bluetooth handsfree. Phone gets detected by the Via160, on selection a passcode request is sent to my Samsung. The passcode is entered and sent of. The Via 160 does however not detect the Samsung S1 response and as such times out waiting for the response. Has anybody else had a simular experience?
