Via 1435: Saving a preferred route

Is there a way to program my Via 1435 so that it will guide me to my Favorite destination in a preferred alternative route? Selecting the Change Route button repeatedly eventually brings up the route I want, but there must be an easier way! Thanks in advance for your help.
